Dear Parents/Carers, this last term in the academic year is always full of excitement and outdoor learning opportunities. If you follow us on Facebook you will have seen photos of Fire Making in the Wildlife Area! There have been whole class trips up to Narrow Ways to experience forest school and we continue to plant and grow in the allotment. A big thank you goes out to Jewsons who donated a bag of Cotswold stone to go down in the Mud Kitchen! Also, a big thank you to a parent who offered a contribution towards a new climbing frame. We have a student from the University of Bristol studying for a Msc Psychology of Education who exploring children’s underlying attitude to race—I do hope you will consider allowing your child to be part of the study, Stephanie is in school this Thursday lunch time. Finally, be assured that transition arrangements are underway whether your child is moving onto a primary school or to a nursery classroom. We sent children to 26 different primary schools last year!
