At St. Werburgh’s we give equal status to children’s learning taking place indoors or outdoors and all areas of the Foundation Stage Curriculum may be accessed through play in the nursery garden. There will be apparatus for design, building and construction, active, physical work, imaginative play, scientific discovery, language and mathematics.
The school has won a number of awards, both for Bristol School’s Allotment Competition and Bristol in Bloom.
